there is no such thing as thug wear, it is a made up term people like him have made to fit there point. hooded sweatshrits have been around forever. Worn by black whites, hispanics,rich, and poor. But the negative stigma is associated Bla...cks. Hoodies are sold in all your major department stores, from Macys, Boomingdales, JC Penny.etc...maybee the buyers for all these years wanted these garments for thugs....... of coiurse not! They were to give warmth in cold climate.
